Shipping rates within NZRetail products (chilled products) are shipped via NZ Couriers' overnight service.Please do not use a PO Box as a delivery address, NZ Couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes.
We use premium overnight delivery and unfortunately, this is not available to rural addresses. If you're rural, please choose an alternative urban address (e.g. a friend/family address, or work address) or alternatively, your order can be delivered to your nearest NZ Courier depot.
Each order carries flat shipping rates as below:

International ShippingUnfortunately we currently do not cater for International Shipping.
Products are subject to availabilityOur products are handmade fresh weekly and while most orders are processed and ready for shipping on Monday; some orders may take additional time and occasionally we do run out of stock in particular items. The website is updated on a weekly basis but in the event of the non-availability of any goods you order, we may offer a reasonable substitute. Alternatively, your order may take a little longer to deliver as some of our products take three days to make from start to finish. We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. If the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly.
DeliveryDelivery will be made to the address specified by you when you register on the website. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether. We will also refund your order if we cannot deliver to your area.
We take special care to endeavour deliveries are made within a short delivery period. We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is, however, your responsibility to provide us with an accurate delivery address and contact details. We will not check or verify your addresses or other contact information supplied by you. We shall have no liability to you whatsoever, financial, administrative or otherwise if you do not receive your order as a result of your providing incorrect delivery address details. In all cases, notification of delivery will be given. It is your responsibility to re-arrange and pay for re-delivery, where appropriate.
Please note that adverse weather conditions or other events outside our control may result in an occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are able in order to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event, our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the delivery cost. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Oryzae Limited cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather service interruptions, extreme heat, service interruptions, et cetera.
Failure to deliver goodsShould you fail to be present for your delivery we are entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the cost of perishable items contained in your order and for the cost of delivery. Oryzae Limited cannot be held responsible for any parcels left unattended at a property address. If there is an issue with any items, Oryzae Limited will require photography of the products.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns for food items. If your purchase is not up to standard for any reason please contact us directly here. We'll endeavour to sort your issue out as quickly as possible.
